The objective of the plan is to strengthen the hazard prevention management and emergency response capability of the toxic chemical and concerned chemical operating plants (sites) in Yunlin County. Let the factory (field) establish the correct concept of disaster prevention and implement the self-management mechanism, really command the disaster response energy of the toxic chemical and concerned chemical management of the operating factories in Yunlin County. To immediately grasps and effectively reduces the incidence of disasters, it also supports real-time monitoring of environmental pollution cases in Yunlin County to enhance the strain energy of poisonous events in Yunlin County. 　　This project has continued the daily operations and emergency tasks for the Environmental Protection Bureau of Yunlin County (YLEPB) from September 01, 2022 to August 31, 2023 and is nearing completion of 100%. Our daily operation contains the site-inspection, no-noticing emergency tests, response drills or exercises, and regulation promulgation, while emergency task contains the support for environmental incidents with environmental monitoring, sampling, mitigation, supervising and recovering, etc.For the staff training, we provided the members of YLEPB with one-hour monthly classes, detection and equipment operation. On the toxic incidents prevention and preparedness,We also assisted YLEPB's to complete 96 site-inspections for the operation plants of toxic chemicals, 7 on-site visiting to operating facilities, 6 no-advance notice, 1 drills, 76 reviews of toxic incidents hazard prevention and preparedness plans. Also 5 workshops on toxic incident code compliance. Those instruments or equipment provided YELPB's with daily, weekly, and annual operation or calibration if needed.
